Small Group Training & Specialty Classes
The YMCA offers a variety of specialty classes in addition to group exercise classes and traditional workouts. These programs are based on specialty areas, help you to achieve specific goals and offer a small class size. Programs include Y Weight Loss and Wellness Programs, aerial yoga, kettlebell and other specialty classes.

Y Virtual programs offer group exercise, education, fun family activities and small group connection activities for all ages as part of your membership. Youth & Family Wellness

Active Older Adults
The Y offers a variety of opportunities for adults age 55 and better to stay active, engaged and connected with others.
